Xbox Bugs to Test for

Testing Enemy AI

But, that doesn't mean that they might not have their fair share of AI problems. Testing AI can mean forcing them in positions in order to find out how they are going to react. If certain instances happen it can lead to fatal game play downfalls. Like what if the AI comes too frequently or not frequently enough, notices you to easily or completely ignores you. Alpha testing can deal a lot with dominant bugs that prevent the game from even functioning. Bugs like error messages and freezing, finding these bugs is the first step to testing an Xbox 360 game.
Compatibility

Not all testing is about the functionality of the game, sometimes the testing extends to the hardware. Every game needs to have its compatibility tested in order to certify a good product on the Xbox or other piece of hardware. The process could involve changing certain hardware components like controllers or memory cards. It also could be for testing certain features that have trouble transferring from a computer, like an online infrastructure. This testing is done, in a game development studio and they do not higher beta testers or independent testers. But they might release a Demo. video game compatibility testing
